How do I apply them?
Clean and dry your nose, peel the strip off its backing, and press it across the bridge of your nose just above the nostrils. Smooth it down for a few seconds so it sticks well.
How long does each strip stay on?
Each strip is single-use and should stay put through a night's sleep or a workout when applied to clean, dry skin. Oily skin or heavy sweating can loosen it sooner, so a fresh strip each time is recommended.
Can I wear them all night or while exercising?
They're designed for sleep, sport and travel. Start by wearing one for a short time to check your skin is comfortable with it.
I have sensitive skin. Any tips?
Wet the sticky side before peeling the strip off to make removal gentler. Stop using them if your skin becomes irritated.
How long does delivery take?
